How we work
This is private advisory. Direct, surgical and high-trust.
No frameworks for the sake of frameworks. No performance. No noise.
We work at the level where things actually change, not where they only get discussed. The shape of the engagement is designed around you and what this work requires. We establish that together in the first conversation.
Advisory engagements start at $15,000. I work with a very small number of people at a time. Not everyone is a fit, and not everyone needs this level of work. The conversation below is where we figure out whether this is right for you, and whether now is the right time.
