Post-Achievement Advisory
Private advisory for founders post-exit or after a major goal achievement
Online or in-person in the Algarve, Portugal
You hit the number. The exit. The version of success you'd been building toward. The pressure dropped, which was the plan.
What wasn't in the plan: the quiet that followed. The absence of the problem that made your mornings make sense. The low-grade disorientation of being exactly where you said you wanted to be and not being sure what to do with it now.
And nothing is obviously wrong, but something doesn't fit anymore.
There's a name for thisÂ
This phase doesn't get talked about much online. But what comes with it is predictable. I call it existential goal dread, the disorientation that occurs when external success fails to resolve deeper questions of alignment, identity, and meaning.
From the outside: goal reached, numbers make sense, nothing is wrong. Internally: flatness, confusion, quiet dissatisfaction. Sometimes a temporary physical crash that follows when the body is settling a debt the mind kept deferring.
The goal solved for status, validation, and financial proof. Not for alignment and not for who you are on the other side of it.
Achievement removes the distraction of striving. What's surfacing for you underneath now has probably been there the whole time.
So you just stay busy.
You research things you already know the answer to and run numbers that haven't changed. Or start things that don't quite catch the moment. Keep moving because stillness feels like falling behind, even though there's nothing left to fall behind on.
It looks like productivity, but it functions like avoidance. The motion is real, the direction isn't.
This often creates noticeable drift for us. And it's what fills the gap between achieving the goal and figuring out what actually comes next.
Most people fix this with another goal
Another project or a new version of the old game. It works for a while—until they notice they're running the same numbers again, generating the same pressure they just escaped, building toward something that won't answer the deeper questions either.
The problem isn't a lack of opportunity. It's that the first game is over, and the second one requires a different set of questions entirely.
The first phase was about proving, building, and achieving. This phase is about something different: figuring out who you are now that the scoreboard is gone. What you actually want to spend your time on, not what external pressure was choosing for you. What enough looks like now that you've already hit the last version of it.
No one prepares you for that shift and most frameworks aren't built for it.
Post-Achievement Advisory in short
Private advisory for founders who've hit their big goal and are sitting with the gap between external success and internal clarity.
Six sessions over eight weeks (online) or one immersive week in Portugal. We figure out who you are now that the old game is over and design a life and work structure that fits that person. Not therapy, not coaching toward the next goal. Just the honest work most people skip for too long.
From $12,000 online, $25,000+ in-person in the Algarve, Portugal.
The Algarve Reset
In-Person in the Algarve: The Way I Would Prefer to do this
This engagement works online. But if your situation allows it, I'd rather work with you in person.
Post-achievement work is different from most advisory. You're not solving a tactical problem, you're sitting with questions that have been waiting for space. That kind of thinking benefits from being somewhere that isn't home, isn't your office, and isn't the place where the old version of your life is still running.
Distance does something that online sessions can't. When you remove yourself from the environment where all the old patterns live, the thinking changes. The questions land differently, and the answers come faster and go deeper than they do across a screen.
A private, fully immersive week in the Algarve at a luxury hotel. Clean meals, wellness and movement built into the days. No other participants—just you, me, and the conditions to do this properly.
In a world where everything happens on a screen, I'd rather help you do this face to face.
In-person engagements start at $25,000 depending on location and specifics. We work that out together. If this feels like the right environment, mention it when you request a conversation.
This is what we will do
This is not just about "what's next."
We work through the things most people skip:
-
Who you are separate from what you built and where the road is going
-
What still holds and what you've been carrying out of habit
-
What you actually want from work and life now that external pressure isn't making the decision for you
-
What "enough" looks like at this stage. Redefined by you, not inherited from the last chapter
-
What kind of structure creates pull for you now, without recreating the old pressure
Then we design a life and work operating system around those answers. One that holds without urgency and is built for this version of you, not the one who needed to prove something.
What you leave with
Not ideas or a roadmap someone else handed you.
-
Clarity on who you are in this chapter, not who you were before
-
A direction that is chosen, not defaulted into
-
A structure that creates pull without pressure
-
Constraints you designed and that make things meaningful again
And something most people don't expect to miss: a reason to care again, without needing to prove anything.
Who this is for
Founders who have already won their first game. Who feel the gap between external success and internal clarity. Who know they don't want to go back, but don't want to drift forward either.
Still ambitious. Just no longer convinced by the default paths.
This is not for: early-stage builders. Anyone chasing the next quick win. People looking for another project to fill the space. Anyone not yet ready to sit with the real questions underneath all of this.
How we work
Private advisory. Six live sessions over eight weeks, with async access between them. No frameworks for the sake of frameworks, no performance, no noise.
The shape of the engagement is designed around you. We establish that in the first conversation, together.
Engagements start at $12,000. I work with a very small number of people at a time. The conversation below is where we figure out whether this is right for you and whether now is the right time.
A note from me
I know what it takes to build something that works. And I know what happens after more often than not.
I've been through the post-achievement phase myself, on the personal side and the business side. The pressure drops and so does the pull. The identity you built everything around suddenly has nowhere to land.
I built a framework around this for us because ignoring it doesn't resolve it, and another rushed project doesn't either.
This is about actually resolving the more important questions. Properly, on your own terms.
