Hi, I'm Kat

I'm running this thing, and I'm glad we found each other! I'm the founder of Lived Leverage and the creator of Capacity-First Entrepreneurship.

I help established, overextended solopreneurs and founders build leverage around their real human capacity.

Because your business should support your life, not slowly steal it. And yes, you can create that for yourself, sustainably!

I don’t teach life-work balance and I'm also not anti-ambition.

Instead, I help you make your life operationally non-negotiable so success actually becomes your Lived Leverage: a protected life and a sustainable business built around it. One that works with your life, not against it, compounds calmly into enough wealth over time and leaves you with the life you built it for to actually enjoy it.

I just turned 42, but 5 years ago at 36, after burnout and insulin resistance hit hard, I left my corporate career to start my solo business, making 6-figures while working ~3 days a week ever since. And no, I haven't needed to perform an 80 hr week even once to do it. Heck, to top it off, I hadn't even used social media or a website in those past 5 years.

I'm German by passport but thanks to putting my capacity and life priorities first—and burning quite a few things along the way myself🔥—I now get to call my dream country, Portugal, my home.

If you're done with overextension and hustle culture theatrics in solopreneurship, welcome to my corner of the internet.

Lived Leverage is my publication on Substack about human capacity, enough wealth, burning what no longer belongs and the uncomfortable art of building a calm, profitable life & online business in the right order. Subscribe for weekly essays, it's free.
